Summary: Check in was okay . Receptionists was very friendly but took a while to get to the counter to check us in, and housekeeping was talking trash about other housekeepers in front of us to the receptionist. Elevator floor was dirty and was a little final destination. Room was very cold but that’s great Texas weather is unforgiving. The room only had one trash can with no liner and there were used water bottles from the previous occupants.

Summary: We have stayed here 3 times and the staff are all friendly and welcoming and ready to help. They even remembered us! Every thing is clean. Our mattress was pretty comfortable but could use updating.

Summary: Stay was overall decent, paid for 2 king bed room, given a one king bed room. Talked to front desk about the issue, was told that they would have to charge me extra to move me to two king room.

Summary: Sheets weren’t clean, hot tub wasn’t working but pool was warm. Had to go to front desk for pool towels no sign. Had to make up our own bed with clean sheets.
